Anti-Crack and Mud Fever Ointment - EKIN

EKIN's Anti-Crack and Anti-Mud Fever Ointment is specially formulated to treat cracks and mud fever, acting directly on the affected areas of the pastern. Its active ingredients promote skin repair, moisturize, soothe and provide a sanitizing action.

This ointment forms a protective film against external agents and UV rays, which are aggravating factors of mud fever. Tested by the Veterinary School of Lyon, it has been proven to improve the skin barrier by reducing insensible water loss, while accelerating skin hydration.

This treatment provides long-lasting protection and promotes rapid healing, ideal for your horse's comfort.

• Laurel oil: Nourishes, hydrates and cleanses. Softens, soothes and protects the skin from drying out.
• Zinc oxide: Anti-UV and sanitizes. Protects against external aggressions.
• Lavender essential oil: Repairs, soothes and relieves the horse.
• But also: Sunflower vegetable oil, Beeswax, Fatty acid and Vitamin E.

• Corrective action: Apply once a day by massaging the affected area for at least 2 weeks or until the skin is completely repaired. Do not use other products at the same time. The balm has a disinfectant, antibacterial, decongestant and healing action.
• Preventive action: Apply once a week to risk areas without any other product.
